Welcome to the Journey of Our Life!

We both are all from the same city - Guangzhou, China and went to the same college, Zhong Shan (Sun Yat-San) University. Although we only got acquainted and fell in love through an extensive travel throughout Southeast of China for 45 days in Southwest of China. The trip was arranged by Janet and a classmate of Joe's. Joe caught up the train in the last minute. What if Joe missed the train...

Joe departed China and came to America in early 90s'. Janet joined him one year later. From the moment of reunion, we started our greatest adventure and journey together in America. We have been through tough times and good times with many happy moments.

Two years later, we got married and had our wedding in Guangzhou surrounding by families and childhood friends.

Joe got his MBA, and then his Master Degree in Computer Science from RPI. Janet got her Master in Economics in SUNY Albany, and also her Ph.D.. We achieved more than what we have dreamed of.

Life had been tough for us. We moved seven times in Albany alone.However, when there is love, there is home. In 1996, we moved from New York to California. Life is getting so much better and so much easier when we both have permanent jobs. After long struggling, we bought a small piece of America in 1998. Step by step, we made our dreams come true.
